I need to brag on our real estate agent, Tammy Bunnell, just because she found us the house we are in now and it was not even on the market yet. She worked extremely hard to find a home for us because she sold ours in ONE DAY and we had 30 days until we closed on our old house. Well, we have been here a couple of months and we just love this neighborhood and are so blessed to know Tammy. She also lives in this neighborhood (Oak Run) so if you are looking for a real estate agent, then I highly recommend that you would contact her for her professional services of either finding you a new home and/or selling a home you own. She goes over the area comps and gives you a realistic asking price. She also told me exactly what needed to be done to get my homes sold. She actively networks with other agents which puts word about your house out there more and also  enables her to gain some added insight on some of the homes that are currently available. Tammy makes you feel like family. Helping me search for a home, she helped me look at homes with an added perspective and made sure I wasn't settling for less than what I was searching for.Less

Tammy really went above and beyond for us! We were relocating from NY and unable to be very hands on with the search. Tammy sent us videos of houses she toured for us, really listened to our wants and needs to be able to trim down our search in the limited time we had, and made sure we didn't over pay for a property when we were getting anxious!
